Emerging Leaders in Reproductive Science Award

A recognition and grant program supporting the next generation of fertility innovators

We believe the future of fertility care depends on clinicians and researchers who are pushing boundaries, improving patient access, and championing innovation. This award recognizes those individuals early in their careers and offers a monetary grant to support their education, research, and personal wellness as they continue their training.

Legacy has dedicated over $50,000 to support emerging leaders.

We'll grant 2–4 awards per month. The exact number of awards granted will depend on the strength of the applicant pool.

Awardees will receive:

A $1,000 monetary award

National recognition from Legacy, including a spotlight across Legacy’s professional and social channels

The opportunity to access a subset of Legacy’s data and collaborate on research and analysis

Who should apply?

Applicants must currently be enrolled in an accredited residency or fellowship program in a reproductive medicine specialty in the United States.

Reproductive Urology

Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)

Andrology

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

A commitment to reproductive science or fertility care

Leadership within their training programs or professional communities

Research, advocacy, or innovation experience

Passion for improving patient outcomes and access to care

A vision for the future of reproductive medicine

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the field of reproductive science

Candidates will be assessed based on:

Their demonstrated leadership potential

Their commitment to reproductive health advancement

Their academic, clinical, or research excellence

Their potential impact on patients and the field
