Who can apply?
Typically 18–39 years old
US citizen or permanent resident
Good overall health with no major medical issues
Non-smoker, drug-free, with a low-risk sexual health history
Minimum high school diploma; many banks prefer college students or graduates
Will donate regularly for 6–12 months or more
High-quality sperm according to a recent Legacy semen analysis
How it works
- Legacy semen analysis: With your consent, we’ll evaluate the results of your semen analysis to determine if you’re eligible to become a donor.
- Complete the donor questionnaire: Answer a few quick health and lifestyle screening questions. Get started.
- Sperm bank matching: We’ll handle the introduction directly with the sperm bank that best fits your eligibility and geographic region.
- Next steps: The bank will reach out to you directly to finish onboarding and begin donations at their location.
