Receive and open your kit.

Make a plan.

• You should abstain from ejaculating for 2–5 days before using the kit, and you should only return your sample between Monday and Thursday.

• If you’re not producing your sample right away, put the transport liquid into the refrigerator. Once in the fridge, it can be used up until the expiration date printed on the vial.

Register and prepare your kit.

• Scan the QR code inside the shipping box with a smartphone camera or visit your dashboard to register your kit.

• Ensure your transport liquid is at room temperature before producing your sample.

Produce your sample.

• Wash your hands and genitals. Produce your sample by ejaculating directly into the sample cup, without using lubricant or saliva. You do not need to fill the cup.

• Record your semen volume. Find the semen volume by placing the cup on a flat surface and reading the markings on the side of the cup.

• Add the transport liquid to the sample cup and swirl gently to mix. Close the cup.

Package and return your kit.
