Abstain from ejaculation for 2–5 days before producing your sample for best results.

Produce your sample within 7 days

Do not use lubricants or saliva during the collection process.

The transport media is perishable. This media keeps your sample viable on its way to the lab.

Your sperm is placed in cryostorage

Once your sample has been analyzed, it will be frozen and stored in accordance with your chosen sperm storage plan.

Freeze your donor’s sperm

If you’re trying to conceive, we recommend freezing your sample until you’ve achieved a healthy pregnancy, as a back-up plan. Explore sperm storage options.

STI testing

To use frozen sperm, it is required by law in most states to have an STI test done at time of sample collection. Purchase at-home STI testing. (This is included in the For Tomorrow and Forever bundles, saving you up to $200.)

Request a withdrawal

If you’re planning to withdraw your sample to attempt a pregnancy, simply submit a request through your client dashboard. We’ll take care of the rest.
