Higher <strong>total motile sperm count<\/strong> \u2014 the number of moving sperm in your sample \u2014 and better <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givelegacy.com\/sperm-quality\/\">sperm quality<\/a> is associated with improved chance of pregnancy and lower miscarriage rates. However, they\u2019re just one piece of the reproduction puzzle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An abnormal result doesn&#8217;t mean you won&#8217;t be able to have a child.
