The transport liquid can be stored at room temperature for 5 days without affecting its efficacy. In the refrigerator, the sperm transport liquid can be used until the expiration date printed on the vial (typically at least several months from the date of shipment). If your sperm transport liquid was unrefrigerated for more than 5 days, or if your vial expired before you were able to use the kit, you can order a replacement vial via your client dashboard.
