An unopened Legacy kit can be stored at room temperature of over six months, between 2°C and 25°C. Once the kit has been opened, if it is not used immediately, the sperm transport media should be refrigerated and stored 2 to 8°C.
We highly recommend keeping the sperm transport media refrigerated until you’re ready to collect your sample, for best results.
